Weather Update

Campus Community,

We are monitoring a potential weather event that could impact our region over the next 24 to 48 hours.

As is often the case this time of year, the forecasts and weather models are fluid in terms of how significant the impact will be to our Lexington campus location.

In an effort to provide more information — in a more timely and consistent manner — we will be providing updates regarding our status and our efforts to ensure a safe community throughout this event.

As we have updates, we will email you and point you to the UK homepage (uky.edu) with a link to our alerts page: www.uky.edu/alerts/ for any major changes. That page will be updated with the latest information regarding facilities, operations and our weather efforts. If there is a change in the university’s status, in terms of delay or closure, we will send an alert.
